M&C Saatchi PLC ("M&C Saatchi" or "the Company") 
 
Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights 
 
Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 103,841 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
to trading. These shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares in issue,
have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options. Admission is expected to become effective on 1 April 2010. 
 
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue on the date of admission will be 62,323,740. Of this total, 700,000 Ordinary
Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights will be
61,623,740. 
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
