M&C Saatchi plc was notified on 24 September 2009 that on 24 September 2009 Lord 
Saatchi (executive director of the Company) sold 1,770,289 ordinary shares of 1p 
each in the Company at a price of 81.5 pence per share. At the same time, The 
Lord Saatchi SIPP (pension fund), in which Lord Saatchi has a beneficial 
interest, acquired 1,770,289 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 81.5 pence 
per share.   
  
As a result of this transaction, there is no change in Lord Saatchi's interest 
in M&C Saatchi plc, which amounts to a total holding of 3,799,369 ordinary 
shares in the Company and represents 6.18% of the issued share capital of the 
Company.
