M&C Saatchi plc ("M&C Saatchi" or "the Company")  
  
Further Issue of Shares  
  
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 
304,445 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Shares") to 
trading on AIM. The New Shares have been issued as part consideration for the 
acquisition of a further 10.42% of the share capital of Talk PR Ltd and 5% of 
the share capital of M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Ltd, both companies are 
UK group subsidiaries of the Company. Following this acquisition, M&C Saatchi 
holds 94.79% of the share capital of Talk PR Ltd and 97.19% of the share capital 
of M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Ltd.  
  
The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each 
in the Company and trading of the New Shares on AIM is expected to commence on 
22 June 2009. The total number of ordinary shares in issue following admission 
of the New Shares will be 62,219,899. Of this total, 700,000 ordinary shares are 
held in treasury.   
  
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 
61,519,899.
